"I had an extremely pleasant experience when I hired a cab from Bala Tourist Service on the 17th Jan This was my 1st booking with them. The cab arrived on the dot of time, the chauffeur was immaculately attired, his behaviour and demeanour politeness personified, with his driving being truly perfect. He deftly avoided all the potholes, this being an absolutely necessary expertise required on roads these days. The car was spotlessly clean, with the interiors meticulously maintained, providing an absolutely jerk-free and ever so smooth ride. Their maintenance certainly deserves a 10/10. with the owners having evidently trained their staff very well.
